TRUNK SHOW SALES REPRESENTATIVE
JOB SUMMARY
Robert Redd distributes the upscale Robert Redd branded
apparel through its website www.robertredd.com,
its retail store in Charlottesville, VA, and independently owned specialty
retailers throughout the country.
The primary responsibility of this position is trunk show
sales. This individual will be reviewed upon his or her ability to generate
revenue and profit through the trunk show sales channel.
Candidate will be responsible for covering the mid-Atlantic and points beyond.
Specific responsibilities of the Sales position are as follows:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Physical demands – Comfortable driving a van, loading and unloading merchandise
Proficient with Word & Excel- technologically savvy enough to track sales through inventory database,
Ability to work within a budget
Active at show – Create a buzz surrounding the Robert Redd
Sales orientated

COMPENSATION:
Commission-based only – 10% plus expenses (gas, hotel, food stipend)
Ability to make upwards of $40K in first year

PRESIDENT AND COO
JOB SUMMARY
Under policy direction of the CEO & Chairman of the Board of Directors,
serves as the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer; provides
effective leadership and direction in planning, implementing, and administering
the Robert Redd, LLC (“Robert Redd”) Business Plan, Strategy and related
projects; exercises initiative and judgment in carrying out assigned
responsibilities; analyzes complex situations accurately and takes effective
and appropriate actions; and manages and directs all Company activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Directs the execution of the Company’s Business Plan and Growth Strategy,
including implementation and oversight of all internal operations including the
planning, ordering, production, logistics, inventory control and quality
assurance of men’s boys’, and ladies’ apparel. Oversight on all Sales and
Marketing activities; additionally will have full oversight over all business
activities for Robert Redd.
2. Advises and makes recommendations on matters before the Board of Directors,
informs the Board and CEO regarding situations and developments that affect the
Business.
3. Prepares and presents an annual budget; controls budget after adoption, and
assures judicious management of Company funds and assets.
4. Recruits, supervises and directs Company staff.
5. Plans, directs and supervises the growth of the Company, negotiates with
suppliers and partners and presents proposals to the Board of Directors.
6. Works with potential investors, partners and interested parties to obtain
participation in and support for business activities.
7. Analysis of the company’s sales, customers, demographics, and trends is
required to provide data points for reporting to the team and participating
with the planning and production of inventory and sales efforts.
8. This position is responsible for overseeing the Production Department of the
Company; additionally responsible for improving relationships with
manufacturers and suppliers.
9. Responsible for holding daily and weekly meeting to guide and direct the
Company’s activities; additionally the weekly analysis of sales and marketing
efforts.
10. Oversee the Company’s culture, always cultivating the best practices for
being the best in customer service.

MBA and/or experience managing a profitable business unit required.
