REDD pays for ground shipping on all domestic returns and exchanges. If you need a return label please send an email to the link below.
Once an exchange or return is received at REDD, the product(s) will be examined and returned to inventory. If the quality of the product is equal to when it was orignally sent, a refund or exchange will be issued.
If a gift card was used to make the original purchase, any amount due back will first be applied to the gift card. Secondly, any remaining amount due will be posted to the original method of payment.
