What does Pima Cotton feel like?
Pima Cotton is ultra-fine material, renowned for its light, breathable, and luxuriously soft finish, yet it is also sturdy enough to endure a variety of gentlemanly endeavors. Our yarn is gas mercerized to prevent fading.
Where do I find sizing information?
Please refer to our size chart to ensure that the size and cut of the REDD® garment you choose best reflects the style of the wearer. It is available from each item's product page and in the website footer.
How should I care for my REDD garment?
Robert Redd was a stickler for a handsome kit. He believed one could tell much about a man who was as careful about the condition of his clothing as he was about the style and color. Therefore, it is important to know the preferred care of a REDD shirt. Many of the garments Robert Redd wore were cared for by Wasser, his faithful and daring valet and there was also Christine, his very capable housemaid who made his life so warm and comfortable.
Pima Cotton, above all else, must be cared for. If one washes it too hard, the material can shrink more than five percent, and this won’t do. Hence, it is necessary to follow a simple process in order to care for the REDD shirt.
We recommend you always wash in cold water in the gentle cycle. Robert Redd’s valet, Wasser, would use the stream water, and it was always cold. Tumble Dry on Low Heat. Wasser would block-dry the garments. Or hang the garment to dry on a clothesline. A Cool Iron. If a fresh press is desired, please use a cool or warm iron as Christine did. Never Use Liquid Softeners. REDD designed his shirts with a natural softness, therefore no additional softeners are needed. Never dry clean. REDD suggests saving your money for more adventurous pursuits. Dry cleaning tends to cause cotton colors faded and dull.

When will my order be shipped?
Robert Redd® processes and ships all orders within 48 hours, upon payment authorization and verification.
When will my order arrive?
Unless a more expedited selection is made at checkout, Robert Redd ships via FedEx Ground originating from Charlottesville, Virginia. Time in transit depends on the geographic distance between the physical delivery address and Charlottesville. The shipping options at checkout will calculate the fee and estimate delivery for you.
Can I track my order online?
Yes. A FedEx tracking code will be provided at the time of purchase.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. Please contact us directly to facilitate international order shipment if you have any questions. FedEx handles both domestic and international shipping for Robert Redd, LLC.
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
Yes. You will be prompted during the checkout process to identify any products that will be presented as gifts.
How do gift cards work?

Do you store order history?
Yes. REDD keeps track of your purchase history. Since the launch of our new website in November 2009, you can log into your account and view any purchases on the site yourself. If you have questions about sizes and styles you purchased before November 2009, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll be happy to find what you need.
I thought I had a REDD login. Why doesn't it work?
In November 2009, REDD launched a new ecommerce website. Unfortunately, user logins from the previous website do not work on the new one. If you'd like help setting up a new account as a REDD Friend, we'll be happy to assist.
What do I do if I need to exchange or return a product?
