Robert R. Matheson, Founder and CEO
Mr. Matheson is the creative visionary behind Robert Redd® and the REDD® brand.  A seasoned entrepreneur, Mr. Matheson launched Robert Redd, LLC, taking full advantage of his prior success in creative brand development, marketing, and corporate positioning.  He created the Robert Redd concept, serves as the Chief Creative Officer and manages all aspects of marketing, design, manufacturing and distribution for the company.  Mr. Matheson shares many of the values and principles espoused by the literary Robert Redd—first and foremost, a unique penchant for identifying and seizing opportunities, and doing so with the smile and the confidence of a man who's done it before.


Heather M. Harris, President
Mrs. Harris recently joined Robert Redd as the new President of the company. She will be overseeing all aspects of the brand and it's future growth. Her primary role will be overseeing sales, company operations and evolution of the product and distribution strategy. With almost 20 years of consumer products experience, Mrs. Harris is well versed in the process of creating, building, producing, distributing and managing growth of brands. Most recently, Mrs. Harris was Vice President at Warnaco, Inc. In this role she oversaw sales for both CK Jeans and Chaps. Prior to joining Warnaco, Mrs. Harris worked with the Accessory Network Group (Ghurka and Calvin Klein), Liz Claiborne, Ninewest, as well as, Sara Lee (RL Intimates and Playtex) and began her career at Bloomingdales. A graduate of Denison University, Mrs. Harris grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. She now lives in New York and is married with three children. Her contributions at REDD were immediate and a quality team is being built with her leadership. Mrs. Harris and Mr. Matheson make for an effective team utilizing their individual strengths to manage the business and execute the business plan.

Katherine W. Buxton, Vice President of Strategy
Mrs. Buxton advises Mr. Matheson on strategic business development for Robert Redd, LLC, calling on more than a dozen years of experience in the fashion industry including work on behalf of Old Navy, Lilly Pulitzer, L'Oreal, Keds, and her own women's accessory retail company, MARKA.  A graduate of Georgetown University and Stanford Business School, Mrs. Buxton has been instrumental in the evolution of the family brand concept and product line growth within the Robert Redd
® brand.
